Holiday Mode.Your business, still running. You, on silent.

Choose the day you’re back. Your alerts go quiet, your rules keep running, and one summary is waiting when you return.

Set up Holiday Mode

In CRM City it’s called Away mode: Settings → Away mode.

Pick the day. Pick what goes quiet. Go.

  1. Open Settings → Away mode and choose the day you’re back. Any day up to 12 months ahead.
  2. Choose what goes quiet: email, Telegram, or both.
  3. Turn it on. Quiet until the start of that day (UTC).

Telegram goes quiet only when you’re the only person in your organisation, because with a team that chat belongs to everyone.

Your rules don’t take the day off.

  • Automations keep firing. A form comes in, a deal is won, an order is placed: your rule tags it, sets the follow-up and notifies your team.
  • Sequences carry on, step by step, for everyone already in them, sent from your own email address. Connect it once in Settings → Email account before you go (today that means a Resend account on your own domain), and every step goes out on time while you’re away.
  • Booking pages keep taking bookings. Double bookings can’t happen.
  • Your team keeps working in the same CRM, with every alert intact.

Automations and sequences start on Freelancer / Solopreneur (£19). Booking pages start on Small business (£49).

One email, waiting for you.

No scrolling back through every alert. One summary, in your inbox and in the bell, within the hour after your return day begins (UTC):

Questions

Is Holiday Mode different from Away mode?
No. Holiday Mode is the name here. In the app it's Settings → Away mode, and the button says "Turn on away mode". It works the same for a wedding, a school run or a month away.
Does my whole team go quiet?
No. Away mode is yours alone: your teammates keep every alert meant for them, and each person sets their own.
Which plan do I need?
Away mode is on every plan. The rules that keep running (automations, sequences) start on Freelancer / Solopreneur, £19. For a team of up to 10, Small business is £49.
What if I come back early?
Press "I'm back" in Settings. Your summary follows within the hour.
Will anything still reach me?
Only what’s about your own account: a security check if something unusual happens on it, your billing, and any change to your contract with us. Those always reach you, so nothing can happen to your account without you knowing. Everything about your work waits in your summary.

Set it up before your next day off.
