- Every customer gets one record the whole firm can open: what was said, and what's due. Everyone you invite opens the same record: the calls and notes logged on it, and the tasks still open. You can hide some fields from a role; the record itself stays open.
- Hand a follow-up to a named person, with a date, and their name is on it. Only people in your team can be picked. They get a notification, “Task assigned to you”, and everyone else sees whose it is.
- Start on Small business, then invite your team. The free plan is for one person, so a firm starts here. Invite people from Settings → Team.
