- Set it once and it's on your list that day. Every task has a due date. Your dashboard opens on what's due today and what's overdue.
- Forget to date one, and that customer still shows up once 30 days pass with nothing logged. On your dashboard, and in full under Contacts → Neglected. The 30 days count from the last activity, email or conversation logged; for a contact you import, from the day of the import. The dashboard shows ten at a time.
- Your spreadsheet comes in as a file. CSV or Excel (.xlsx), from Import.
